Broccolini

Broccolini is a hybrid of broccoli and gai lan (Chinese broccoli/kale) and is known for its long, tender and edible stems. The head is a loose small cluster of florets that resemble broccoli rabe and its flavour is mild, peppery and subtlety sweet compared to regular broccoli.
