Cotton Candy® grapes are a unique variety of green grapes that taste like cotton candy. They are very sweet with a higher Brix level than the average green table grape. The grapes have a soft, but crunchy texture and the sweet juicy flavour finishes with hints of vanilla.
The Cotton Candy® grape was introduced in 2011, developed by The Grapery® in conjunction with International Fruit Genetics (IFG) in California. These grapes are a successful example of old-fashioned hand pollination and a painstaking breeding selection without the use of additives or GMOs. They are now grown in Australia.
