Also known as Sablefish, Butterfish or Gindara, our Alaskan Black Cod is wild line-caught from the USA. It arrives frozen and is H&G (J-cut).

An excellent. source of heart-healthy omega-3s, high quality protein and a good source of potassium. Your dining clientele will appreciate the exceptionally rich buttery taste and texture of this unique flavourful fish.

Fish stocks are managed in Alaska and British Columbia by an IFQ (Individual Fishing Quota) system and are also certified sustainable under the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
